When looking for an investment property, there are SO many people willing to show you how to ‘make it’ in property investment. Whilst most of them are genuinely looking after your best interests, you always need to follow the money trail to see where the loyalty lies.
This is where a buyers agent comes in to help with buying any real estate. They work in the best interest of the client, not themselves, as they work on a fee for service basis. That means NO COMMISSIONS on the sale of the property.
Searching or looking for a home to live in or investing in property, could at best be an intimidating experience. You wouldn’t invest half a million dollars in a business without a strategy or without a business plan, then why would you invest that or even more into a property without a plan or strategy?
