How to make the claims process easier
1. Contact us or your insurance provider as soon as practical after the event occurs
2. Be well prepared and organised with documentation and information that may be required. These may include depending on the insurance:
- Medical Evidence or Doctors Reports
- Identification
- Death Certificate
- Claim Form
- Original Policy Document
- Financial Evidence for Income Protection
3. Keep all paperwork, notes and supporting materials together
